THE IDEAL BASE TO EXPLORE
Situated 100km south of Darwin on the Stuart Highway, Pell Mell is well positioned for visits to Litchfield Park, Daly River, Batchelor (Rum Jungle) and Adelaide River, -well known for its World War II sites such as the Adelaide River War Cemetery, and the Railway History Museum.
BIRD ENTHUSIASTS
There is a wide range of bird-life to be seen on walks around the property.
For birders, there is a great day trip along the Marrakai Track to Arnhem Highway, turn right for a drive to Mamukala Wetland on the edge of Kakadu National Park or left to visit the famous Fogg Dam.
THE HISTORICAL OUTPOST
Pell Mell is home to many significant historical artifacts and is situated beside the old Pell Airstrip just 10 km north of Adelaide River township.
There is much to illustrate the infrastructure which existed on this heritage listed site.

THE ECO FRIENDLY FARM - GREAT FOR RELAXED BUSH WALKS!
Today Pell Mell operates a small scale live stock farm, which has been managed to sustain the natural and ecological resources abundant in the area. There are many different species of birds to be seen, with lovely morning birdsong heard around the accommodation.
RELAX AROUND THE PROPERTY
